This pictures brings back memories... was in the Hill Country last year (Fredricksburg etc.) and the year before (Bandera and surroundings, this picture reminds me of Bandera especially)... are the wildflowers still blooming?
Just remembered, if you have the time: great quiltshop in Kerrville (Main St.), lovely wooden building too, porch in all & had a great salad lunch a few streets away from there at a place called Rails...

My family and I traveled through San Antonio and the hill country area back in January and were amazed at how different the landscape is compared to the northeast.
